Project brief - Sumeet Landscape is a thoughtfully designed small city featuring villas, duplexes, and high-rise apartments. Blending urban sophistication with natural tranquility, it offers a lifestyle of luxury, sustainability, and modern aesthetics. Firki Studio played a key role in designing the landscape and masterplan, ensuring they are equipped with all modern facilities and luxuries.

Design process - Sumeet Landscape seamlessly integrates luxury and sustainability with villas, duplexes, and high-rise apartments set amidst lush greenery. The design emulates a forest-like entrance with sculptural trees and natural foliage, organizing habitats along a central spine. Sustainable practices like rainwater harvesting and low-maintenance landscaping complement lifestyle amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, spa, walking tracks, expansive lawns, seating areas, mounds, open spaces, forests, and playful interactive zones.
